What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I sense a lot of front end effort in hiring the right competent people, so you can trust the peers around you, and get a lot of work done. No micro-management that I've seen. Just trust is extended, and managers quickly getting answers and tools so we can do our jobs efficiently. Lots to like.

empathetic and great sick leave provided. hands off culture and leaders let you work at your pace.
