Responsibility. When I feel like, I'm responsible for something. It makes me want to give my work the extra push it needs.

Nice office, daylight, location. People are pleasant to work with. there's usually something going on at the office to keep the employees engaged.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Candidate was allowed to explain the projects and there was a very natural flow to the conversation. Rather than being drilled with one question after the other.
