What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like their candidness about what is really going on. If it isn't good, they are upfront but also have a plan. If it is good, they love to share the news. Gives me a sense of pride to work for a company like that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are 5 Health Insurance plan option to choose from. There is a plan for every family budget.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When a problem arises, we work together to find a resolution and hopefully prevent it from happening in the future. Continuous Improvement is so important at Nortech.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since COVID, I have been fortunate to keep working from home. I come into the office occasionally for fun events or meetings and is always fun to catch up face to face with my co-workers.
