- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Since COVID, I have been fortunate to keep working from home. I come into the office occasionally for fun events or meetings and is always fun to catch up face to face with my co-workers.
- What are some of the best things about your team?When a problem arises, we work together to find a resolution and hopefully prevent it from happening in the future. Continuous Improvement is so important at Nortech.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?There are 5 Health Insurance plan option to choose from. There is a plan for every family budget.
