Great company, good people, good culture
Coworkers help one another and work as team
A very toxic work environment driven by extremely poor management. Production quotas take precedence over shipping product that operates safely and properly upon start-up. There is unfortunately no "real" forum to address and/or resolve problematic people or process concerns.
It's been a good experience
