What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like my office manager
Transparency and focus on what's important.
They are very kind and willing to find answers if they don’t have one already.
They are very good at what they do, very intelligent group of individuals.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, being on the same page with everyone, support

My nesting team was great except the management
communication and stop hiding everthing and then say there being transparent when they are not
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay rate is good and the Dental coverage is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay your team members a little bit more. They are out in the field. They have first-hand experience.
Sometimes you earn bonuses but they work out a way to not pay you
not much benefits are offered
I wish the company could match our 401K. In addition the co-pays are really high for doctor visits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working and caring team
We all get along well
everyone is helpful and understanding
We work together VERY well! Like minded, efficient and self motivated.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They pay abysmal rates so you get the bottom of the barrel people.
Everything about the company needs to change
Stop backbiting and snitching on each other
They need to practice what we preach. Have compassion not only for our patients but for our co-workers. I feel like there is a lot of finger pointing of who is doing what wrong instead of working together to communicate and solve problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
stable hrs, and income, have benefits
Being at my own house
The company's culture stinks. We still have the culture of the old owner in our office and that makes it nice to be there
The focus on gratitude's and continual improvement!!
They try to promote positivity as regularly as possible.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Sell the company off to a different DSO and pay back the money they stole.
Stop being money hungry and show geniu

I was treated very well
it was actually the easiest interview ive ever been to

actually look into who you are hiring.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work with, the pace of the work environment and the direction of the organization!
Being able to come in early to work so I can be with my family in the afternoons. Only working weekdays. The flexibility of my hours permit me to be able to take care of my families needed when necessary.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need more employees who value patient care and experience.
Stop seeing the patients as money
They try to push us to over-treat patients
Harassment for not being fast enough when I want to educate the patients
the pay we do to much for a small amount
