Strong communication and better teamwork with my team members and operations teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very good at what they do, very intelligent group of individuals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the company could match our 401K. In addition the co-pays are really high for doctor visits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I absolutely love the end goal and vision for the company. Caring about our patients and being best in class is a great goal. I think executing those results we need to work together better.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to practice what we preach. Have compassion not only for our patients but for our co-workers. I feel like there is a lot of finger pointing of who is doing what wrong instead of working together to communicate and solve problems.
