What do you like best about the leadership team?
they try to include people from all depts to have a say in changes and make suggestions to make the company better

Listening to employees, making work site safe, stop cutting corners

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the worker bees work, the lazy workers don't work. as a manager they need to address that and treat the employees accordingly
the amount of work we do and some of the things we do is not worth what we are paid. alot of times people dont recognize the amount of work we do. its all about one group rather than everyone playing a role
What are some of the best things about your team?
Commraderie/Communication/differences in opinions and views/ get to know each other/ solve problems/ find resolutions to any inquiry of disputs On the same page great intellect
the "team members " that work well together are the best. when management interferes it causes problems and less work gets completed
lovely place to work at
everyone works as a single unit. we are like family
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Managerial issue, too many cuts, harder every day to function effectively
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone is TRULY Accepted for who they are. They give opportunity and chance to those who saw no light at the end of the tunnel New Beginnings of Northwell will leave you blind with ghe brightest life before you in stability, financing, retirement, safety of work space dol doh standardsHeroes
it was good, now it not. Currently I dread coming to work
all the stuff member is very supportive

Administration clearly doesn't care about employees well being or safety.

it was fast and easy
the one on one with people id be working with

If it was recorded, would have a lawsuit
What makes you most happy at work?
making sure the people are feeling good about themselves
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
they see management treating some works better then others, the patient see it and don't like it
the staff are very under valued and need to be treated w incentives and made to feel they are imoortant and not just told
Problem is financial advisors running a healthcare company.
