Allowing growth and flexibility for all employees
They need to support stability. There is too much chaos and it is not conducive to employee satisfaction. Stop reorganizing.
Everything. They need to do the right thing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The administration shall allow the employees who are strong in experience to grow rather than see them as a threat
I observe that leadership undervalues the average worker. The system is self-insured, and medical benefits are expensive.
To be paid for the work that I did.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to realize that their decisions affect others and stopping being so self-centered. When the organization is self-centered, everybody become self-centered.
Co-workers need to work on professional respect and equality within the workplace.
Everything. Worst HR Department ever!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
NGHS leadership does not understand and support the average worker. It undermines their feelings of self-worth. Many people have noticed.
