Micromanagement and limited flexibility. Corporate culture that destroys work life balance. It is the middle management that difficult and senior leadership finds strong employees as a threat and thereby limiting growth

NGHS leadership does not understand and support the average worker. It undermines their feelings of self-worth. Many people have noticed.

I was interviewed by two people they were consistent and complemented each other. In addition, they were transparent and what I was told to expect came to pass.

Each interview was about one hour. Panel interviews are conducted with peers.

I really enjoy helping people, & seeing them put a smile on their faces. I am just trying to make a difference, in world.
