What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture is great and they don't micromanage.
I love how much they care about my personal growth, not only as an agent here at Northstar, but as a person as well!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise my wage. The cost of living is going up like crazy.
I just feel that I am underpaid for what I do. I feel that we are asked to do a lot and to keep a lot on our plates, but we are not paid for everything we do.
