Medical health is a joke
The people that work for me make more money and their benefits are better we are paid based on a mid point not by what we do and since 2009 the union has averaged 3% each year while the salary group is around 1% and their insurance is only $500 deductible while the salary group is $5500
They dont pay a competative salary. they dont offer any benefits.
Learn to respect others and listen
More commitment to get it right the first time not to try and see if we can get by.

Too many new inexperienced young people coming as senior managers
They are feeling the impact of service decreasing
They have taken the work out of the people's hands that know what is going on and put it in the hands of people that don't know, listen to your experienced people
First, improve the environment for the employees, then focus on the customers. We dont have the tools to deliver quality
