Very honest and open with their employees, they treat us like grown ups.

I feel I am paid very fairly. Our benefits are competitive with the market and often go above and beyond.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We only meet when necessary and communicate using other methods when we can. I feel like we respect each other's time.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company truly values the importance of work/life balance. I never feel shunned or awkward when I need to prioritize my family over work. There are always going to be busy times, but my employer understands the importance of my family time as well (because they also have a family).

My coworkers and the highly technical nature of the work. I am allow to try new things.
