We work together some what
Team is always looking to uplift you and willing to help where ever needed. Get along great and friendly people
The best things is we help each other and make sure everything is done
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I feel like communication is key to make sure a team can work together successfully. Hard to communicate though when we are told differently every day on our tasks. Having written processes that are updated is key to ensure everyone is on the right path within the departments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People for the most part are nice. Always try to keep everyone safe
