I do everything I can to take care of our customers. Many tell me they are so happy they got me when they called in, it is very rewarding!
A feeling that i belong to a strong team.
Laughing with customers and helping them get a low rate on the supply portion of their bill. It's also nice helping them get a gift card as well.
