I'm a female HVAC tech who has worked almost 10 years with Airtron. I became a field supervisor in my second year. Now that nrg has bought out direct energy, I've been told it's inappropriate for a female to be a supervisor over male employees. So now I just quietly go fix Airtrons callbacks.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognize skill level. Airtron SA has already had all their best techs quit because of the new managers mismanagement.
