If I make more money, and Pistner gets his drivers license taken away.
Overworked and underpaid by about 15-20k
bullying culture! Everyone hates their job.
Based on management making comments about how people should just be happy be employed and be quiet. Also a hostile work environment at times and not being given the resources to effectively achieve the goals we've been given.
Cause we work during covid not missing work and seeing other Companies give their employee hazard pay and us nothing People receiving unemployment we're getting more money then us I truly believe thatWas truly unfair

Cause no one likes to hear what we have to say and never let us explane ourself
Give those in leadershio positions actual leadership training. People in leadership roles at NRG have expertise in their area of business focus but lack leaderahip skills.
Better leadership with a clearly defined direction of the companies vision
Stop favoritism and care about what's going on
