I am not ceo. As a rep I get salary plus commissions. Stocks and such do not apply to me. One day they will.

Out team leader cares for us and does everything he can to help us but his hands are tied!~

What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager is who he said he was. Meaning that he was the same positive person after the interview as he was in it.
HR and hirong managers are looking for a duplicate of their strength but a compliment to the strenghts.
I like that you get to see a face immediately. A lot is done through Zoom.
Interview process is easy because they hire as many bodies as they can.Give them three days of side by side training, which is not really training

What makes you most happy at work?
I do everything I can to take care of our customers. Many tell me they are so happy they got me when they called in, it is very rewarding!
A feeling that i belong to a strong team.
Laughing with customers and helping them get a low rate on the supply portion of their bill. It's also nice helping them get a gift card as well.
