What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are disjointed, inconsistence and unorganized
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating to everyone clearly and valuing the employees who have been here and have worked tirelessly for this company
Need to get multiple accounts to work closely with each other. Share the knowledge and best practices. Stop letting individual accounts act like island entities on their own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Medical and dental benefits
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less money than people that are just being hired in. This is a billion plus company and we are given raises of 20 cents but can't be bumped up to make what the new hires are making. It's a slap in the face.
People brought in from offshore were often underpaid - but it is getting better now after more scrutiny on the visa process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All pie in the sky and unrealistic information.
Mt local team works together and quite frankly are the reason that I am still here. we each put it 100% to help each other and get things done.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I'm tired of being taken for granted and not appreciated. If the people in charge would do something about long term employees not getting the same compensation as new hires, it would go a long way toward improving the culture at work.
Need better managers - Some managers are stuck at the same level and not letting people to grow. Help people grow their careers, the company will take care of itself.
