What are some of the best things about your team?Need more action then talking, and no action talk only.
What do you like best about the leadership team?To have a good leaders we must show some example. All those bad habit for the long time ago must trash away. Make the workplace a work and safety for all

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Move forward to strieve , observe and happy working environment. Together to success
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The senior management and HR Dept must listen to the staff needs. Everyday the staff personnel have to work hard and risk so those benefit need to be more improve. 5 working days, add on annual leaves, salary increment. Upgrades to supervisor and aboves with or without recommendation.
