- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The senior management and HR Dept must listen to the staff needs. Everyday the staff personnel have to work hard and risk so those benefit need to be more improve. 5 working days, add on annual leaves, salary increment. Upgrades to supervisor and aboves with or without recommendation.
