We often juggle multiple administrative tasks while dealing with patients. Salary is barely above minimum wage level.
Pay is a flat rate, with no automatic pay review (there has been no pay increase in 5 years) and no increase in pay based on experience. Someone newly qualified is paid the same as someone with 10 years experience.
