Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We often juggle multiple administrative tasks while dealing with patients. Salary is barely above minimum wage level.
Pay is a flat rate, with no automatic pay review (there has been no pay increase in 5 years) and no increase in pay based on experience. Someone newly qualified is paid the same as someone with 10 years experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very supportive of each other. Dedicated to patient satisfaction.

Educating some of our staff to different cultures
Fair pay at every level. The benefits are good but a free gym membership doesn't pay the bills!
