Fair pay at every level. The benefits are good but a free gym membership doesn't pay the bills!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Steps have been made to improve connection and communication with the leadership team which is great. It is easy to contact them, no matter what level you are working at.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is a flat rate, with no automatic pay review (there has been no pay increase in 5 years) and no increase in pay based on experience. Someone newly qualified is paid the same as someone with 10 years experience.
