The leadership needs to step down or step out of the way. Micromanagement has no place in this day and age. Stop hounding your developers and start paying attention to customer feedback.

The CEO often talks negatively about employees within earshot of others.
Company growth is picking up, but I worry that key positions are not being fulfilled in time to meet the growth the company will experience. Our onboarding process is rather poor and the time to get an employee fully confident in our business is rather long.
