What do you like best about the leadership team?
They believe in taking care of their employees and the community.
Our leadership team actually listens and cares about the employees. They realize who is doing the work and they take care of the employees. Very open door policy and able to talk to any of them at any level.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
You receive allotted money to spend on your benefits and pay nothing for your healthcare. Most employees have enough money to max out all available benefits at no out of pocket cost to you.
The company is competitive compensation wise and the total package is remarkable.
