Mr. Duston M. Williams has been the Chief Financial Officer of Nutanix, Inc. since June 2014. Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gigamon Inc. from March 2012 to June 6, 2014 and as its Advisor from June 6, 2014 to August 30, 2014. Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gigamon Systems LLC since March 2012. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of SandForce, Inc. from March 7, 2011 to January 2012. He is a well-recognized industry leader with more than 30 years of financial management experience in both public and private technology companies, including 18 years as a Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Williams served as Principal Accounting Officer of Gigamon Inc. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Infinera Corp. from June 30, 2006 to June 2010 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He is a technology industry veteran with a distinguished twenty-year career as Chief Financial Officer for private and public companies in technology sectors including networking, storage and disk drives. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Maxtor Corp. from December 2004 to June 2006. Mr. Williams served as the Chief Financial Officer of Aruba Networks, Inc. from July 2001 to November 2004, Chief Financial Officer of Rhapsody Networks, a storage networking provider (acquired by Brocade Communications Systems in 2003), from 2000 to February 2003 and Chief Financial Officer of Netigy Corporation from 2000 to 2001. He has almost 30 years of financial experience. From July 1986 to December 1999, Mr. Williams served in a variety of accounting and finance positions at Western Digital Corporation, a maker of hard disk drives, including its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996. He served as a Director of Applied Micro Circuits Corporation from September 2013 to January 26, 2017. Mr. Williams had been Independent Director of BlueArc Corporation since October 2007. He served as an Independent Director of Compellent Technologies, Inc. from September 26, 2008 to February 22, 2011. He serves as Chairman of Audit Committee at Stion Corporation. Mr. Williams holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
