Action speak louder than words--they would do well to remember that. They might love to talk about how great the culture is, but reality tells a completely different story.
Honestly, transparency, and genuine connections as opposed to self serving ones. They may claim to have XYZ values, but I've seen first hand the farcical nature of those values in action.

I had 2 interviews in the day. The first one was more serious, the 2nd one with the manager 2 levels above mine was more informal. Asking about hobbies, sports, etc. It was just a pleasant conversation.
