What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Action speak louder than words--they would do well to remember that. They might love to talk about how great the culture is, but reality tells a completely different story.
Honestly, transparency, and genuine connections as opposed to self serving ones. They may claim to have XYZ values, but I've seen first hand the farcical nature of those values in action.
Bring back collaborative environment and sense of family
Time management , resourcing stop worrying about who will say negative things politics
