NuVasive is a good place to work. They just have a hard time on deciding where to focus and how to provide the approrpiate resources to take projecta to the finish line. This ends up creating competing priorities for multiple segments of the business. Overall, a lack of work/life balance.

Passion! The folks here are very passionate about what we do. And that is infectious, drives innovation and ideas.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Jobs are not scoped correctly for pay and job description and because there are always passionate people willing to do the work in this competitive environment, it will continue to happen. Not good when everyone is always joking about it....you'd see less turnover if people were paid and appreciated
