What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. There is no leadership at NUVI. The one person that had experience announced he is leaving.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is fair for Utah. Bonus, 401k, benefits, and equity, are terrible or non existent.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The people are great, but nobody is empowered to do their job. So they are pretty much miserable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start with a new executive team.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product is terrible. The only person that knew about products is leaving. Constant bugs nothing new ever gets built.
