What do you like best about the leadership team?
I dont feel scared confiding in them. They are so beyond supportive.
They really listen and care about what their teams have to say. The leadership team values teamwork and they are open to giving and receiving honest and respectful feedback.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat the people who work for you with professional etiquette rather than just a number that is replaceable. Maybe try conflict resolution tactics rather than firing people based on he said, she said gossip. Nuvia Dental Implant Center is one of the worst start up companies ever to exist. TOXIC!!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Money/benefits are the only redeeming aspect of this place.

The employees actually working in the clinic are great people. Its corporate that are the monsters destroying lives.

The corporate office needs to be more diverse, less petty, and incorporate professionalism into their daily operations.

They wanted to know my goals and was no bullsh!t process
The recruiter sold me on the company! She had genuine passion about the company, explained the job really well and kept me informed at all times
We get to meet multiple leaders within the organization. The company culture is communicated from the very first phone call. The recruiting team is always open and available to answer questions and discuss future possibilities.
