I believe NWN tries to hard to create events that are non work related.

I don't know... I have always choose not to participate in these.

Not allowed, unless the pet is a service pet

This is an important activity for NWN. I don't know off the top of my head how many it participates in.

There aren't any. The interviews are mostly canned scripts from the HR department...

None that I know of. Many for office level people, but not for the working grunts in the trenches..

Awful interview process... HR puts together a "script" of questions for a "team" of interviewer's to ask. Very little technical content and a lot of "diversity" type questions.

Lay low, don't create any waves ….
What are the team outings like at NW Natural?
Outings are scheduled for the major holidays. I usually don't attend because I would rather spend time with my family.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining NW Natural?
Nothing that I wasn't told ... There were no surprises.
How do you feel about going to work at NW Natural everyday?
I love it ! This is the BEST job I have ever had!
