Turk, Jr., also known as Joe, has been the President at Nxstage Medical, Inc. since November 2013 and served as its President of North American Operations since December 2010 until November 2013. Mr. Turk served as Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations of Nxstage Medical, Inc. from January 2005 to December 2010. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Nxstage Medical Inc. from May 2000 to January 2005. He served as Executive Vice President at Inland Paperboard and Packaging. From August 1998 to May 2000, he served as Director of New Business Development of Boston Scientific.
