Management is the main problem. Insecure gossips. Fawn off menial jobs on employees, expecting perfection when they themselves have no idea how to do a task. They use years and years of repetitive spreadsheets that provide no meaningful data.

Management governs like a dictatorship. Time to end the autocracy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Products are not reliable. Leaky kits, poorly written manuals, management that blames the user first, rather than digging deeper to understand user issues.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversify the management, bringing on new talent that can clean away the ridiculous politics that exists under this old , stale management group. Bring some positivity instead of their endless backbiting and high school type gossipers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Have a policy against nepotism and stick to it. As stated before, shake up old guard, bring in enthusiastic talent that iis interested in advancing the company, rather than one-ups-man ship so prevalent for so long.
