What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Diversify the management, bringing on new talent that can clean away the ridiculous politics that exists under this old , stale management group. Bring some positivity instead of their endless backbiting and high school type gossipers.

Have a policy against nepotism and stick to it. As stated before, shake up old guard, bring in enthusiastic talent that iis interested in advancing the company, rather than one-ups-man ship so prevalent for so long.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management governs like a dictatorship. Time to end the autocracy.

Products are not reliable. Leaky kits, poorly written manuals, management that blames the user first, rather than digging deeper to understand user issues.
