NYU Langone's Division of Medical Ethics offers internships for high school and college students. Interns collaborate on ongoing projects with faculty and participate in division activities in research ethics, sports ethics, transplant ethics, allocation of medical resources, and clinical ethics.
As an intern, you get a broad range of experience, including the opportunity to work on literature reviews and analyses, edit manuscripts, and develop resources for our High School Bioethics Project. Interns typically work 5 to 10 hours per week in the fall or spring semester, or 10 hours or more per week in the summer, for 4 to 8 weeks.
We offer several paid internships in the summer and additional unpaid internships during the academic year depending on faculty availability to serve as mentors to selected interns.
