It's a very laid back company, or the management are at least. This again will depend on the department. In customer service I don't think this is the case

This depends on the department you're good. In my department/area moral is fine. Generally people are very content with how things are and don't wish to improve. I think generally it's good though from what I've seen around. Just know that there are busy seasons which will add a lot more stress
