They are interesting in making a change and becoming a world premier laboratory
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is professional, knowledgeable and fun. We have a great working relationship, everyone respects each other.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Better communication. The process took too long and there was a big black hole with no communication.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Consistency in policy application, ability to make decisions without so much control, ability to hire staff in support positions to alleviate extreme work load.
