Friendly and welcoming panel as well as open to their needs and what they are looking for in an individual .

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It takes months from applying to get a phone call. Months from the phone call, to get an in-person interview. Months from the interview to get an offer. It takes more than 6-months. The hiring staff are not knowledgeable or consistent in their statements.
Better communication. The process took too long and there was a big black hole with no communication.
