Michael H. Lou — Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Oasis Petroleum

Mr. Michael H. Lou serves as President & Director of OMP GP LLC, General Partner of Oasis Midstream Partners LP. Mr. Lou has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Oasis Petroleum Inc. since August 1, 2011. He served as a Senior Vice President of Finance at Oasis Petroleum Inc. since September 2009 until August 1, 2011. He has 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive corporate finance and structuring experience and has raised over $15 billion in equity, equity-linked and debt financings and executed on over $20 billion of M&A for publicly listed energy companies during his 9-year career. He served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer at xxl Energy Corp. from July 27, 2006 to December 31, 2008. Mr. Lou served as Vice President of Finance of Warrior Energy Nv (now Summus Solutions N.V.) since August 2008 until December 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Warrior Energy N.V. Until December 31, 2008. He served as Associate Director of the Global Oil and Gas Group of Macquarie Securities (USA) Inc., and Vice President of the Natural Resources Group of Banc of America Securities. He served as Vice President of the Energy Investment Banking Group of First Albany Capital from 2004 to 2006. From February 2008 to December 2008, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Giant Energy Ltd. From 1999 to 2004, Mr. Lou held positions of increasing responsibility, including as a Vice President for the investment banking group of Bank of America. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Lou served as an Analyst for the Investment Banking group/Energy Group at Merrill Lynch. He serves as a Director of OMS GP LLC. From October 2005 to July 2006, Mr. Lou served as a Director for Macquarie Investment Bank. Mr. Lou was an Independent Contractor from January 2009 to August 2009. Mr. Lou holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and graduated with honors from Southern Methodist University.
