Mr. Richard N. Robuck has been Senior Vice President of Finance at Oasis Petroleum Inc. since January 2017 and also has been its Treasurer since January 1, 2014. Mr. Robuck serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of OMP GP LLC, General Partner of Oasis Midstream Partners LP. He served as Director of Investor Relations at Oasis Petroleum Inc. and also served as its Vice President of Finance from January 1, 2014 to January 12, 2017 and Director of Finance until January 1, 2014. He served as Vice President of Finance & Investments at Southern Ute Alternative Energy from October 2008 to April 2010.
