They need to support their employees better. They need to cut out gossip and workplace drama.

Generous with paid time off
They keep their word benefits are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our paychecks are always late, it always seems they overcharge for benefits and then refuse to investigate it when you've been charged 5 times in 2 pay periods for insurance.
If the people at work gave me the proper respect and increased my pay
i would like to more able policies and new methods of work before they are implemented
What are some of the best things about your team?
All are very smart and qork veey well together
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Training and refresher courses, and the stuff evaluation meetings.
The workplace could be more cohesive. No one is willing to cover anyone else's shifts and there is an awful attendance policy that doesn't allow for emergencys. So if you miss 2 days in a pay period. You're only paid minimum wage.

We can freely interact with each other.
The customers are usually pleasant to work with.
everybody gets along and all are very friendly
They accept anyone from any place or religion
we can joke around while we are working
