What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are friendly and really care about the mission
My manager is really good to work with. Supportive and makes the day enjoyable.

Listening to physicians and whats going on at particular hospitals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay rate and health insurance
I get paid for time I work. RVU bonus also available.
Pay is market based and the bonus incentive is good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is growing, which is a great thing. But to hire and retain great people, the salaries should be reviewed frequently.
Raises only if contracted hospital approves with new contract
Managing physicians never returned phone calls and lied about compensation discrepancies
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly and always willing to help when allowed. Most seem to really care about each other
Great people, various backgrounds, all believe in the mission.

Highly collaborative without any ego brought into meetings. Wanting to do the best for the customer, teammate and patient
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be more supportive of each other and not try to destroy your character and career
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The mission for our pregnant mothers and babies. The company truly cares about them
Everyone supports, speaks and delivers on our mission.
The company listens to the concerns of the employee and when possible adjusts to accommodate these needs. They offer a lot of perks for their teams.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Very laid back and unrealistic expectations
It was easy and quick
I was able to travel there for the interview and was able to meet a lot of colleagues before starting.
Got to know the other hospitalist in a streas free environment.
Getting to meet many of the people that would also be my peers
