Mr. Oscar K. Brown has been Senior Vice President of Worldwide Business Development at Occidental Petroleum Corporation since joining in August 9, 2016. He has been Director of Plains All American GP LLC of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. since August 2017. He has been a Director at PAA GP Holdings LLC since August 16, 2017. Mr. Brown received a Bachelor of business administration degree in finance and marketing from the University of Texas in 1991.
