Oxy's contributing part is the greatest part of our compensation package.

Area petroleum companies offer better compensation, scheduling
What are some of the best things about your team?
The mentorship and comradery between us is our greatest bond.
The team has great ideas and a plan. We are very inclusive and work very well together.
I rated the last question incorrectly for my opinion. Safety conscious, look out for one another, even above self, great care for avoiding risks,

We are given leeway to perform and excel. There are few constraints to high performers to allow us to go above and beyond

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of our work environment are my coworkers.
Individual offices and nice buildings.
Genuine regard toward each other. No need for company to even ask for safety, we are for one another naturally.

What did you like most about the interview process?
If I am not asked, the many repetitive interviews, taking weeks. Much too long for the process. Best about it, thoroughness, In Detail background and experience checking, extensive drug screening. Not a place for amateur, Impaired or dangerous unreliable people. world cant afford a threat
