What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid well and the benefits are better then my prior company that was about 20 times larger.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was not rushed, each person was attentive and asked thoughtful questions. I felt valued and it made me want to work here even more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable, communicate honestly and treat everyone with respect. They set a terrific example and take time to explain matters and answer questions. Plus, they encourage collaboration, innovation and individual ideas.
