Overall, very happy working here. The only negative comment I have is about 401k match (or the lack thereof). Having a 401k match would make this my ideal job.

I like how the leadership team keeps everyone informed and encourages discussions and feedback on how to improve.

Always willing to help. If someone is stressed or overburdened with work, there's always someone there to help out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Seems like everyone gets a bonus as a part of their compensation which is awesome. Helps to motivate and maintain goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is awesome. Everyone works well together and there's amazing communication. Even if someone is out on holiday, team members are there to cover without question.
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility in hours. If I need to come in early, I am able to. Or if I need to stay late, that's okay too. As long as I get my work done, my team is okay with me doing what I need to do. This type of flexibility makes me work harder.
