No one cared about their jobs because of low moral
Ocwen has been in a financial turmoil since 2013-14 and doesn't care about its employees. All they care about is exploiting everyone to save money. Every year they cut 10-15% headcount by laying them off and inform government agencies that it is natural attrition. Ajay Aurora is a big fraud.
