They do their best to be transparent with the direction the company is headed

They need to be cut down their head count before they laid off
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The healthcare package is unbelievable. Company pays for it 100% and it is an international health care plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and give ownership to employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees are all really friendly people, they have done a good job of hiring for culture for the vast majority.
