What are some of the best things about your team? They are very responsive to requests and quickly answer any questions that I have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Respond very quickly to requests. In general, go out of their way to take care of us.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I get a bonus since I do not need the company's health care plan, since I am covered under TRI-CARE.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Nothing Odyssey can do. Working as a government contractor is lucrative, but dull. It's the nature of the beast.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Company's culture is GREAT. It's the government contracting job that is slow and bureaucratic, but that is the way these jobs are.
