    They are very responsive to requests and quickly answer any questions that I have.

    Respond very quickly to requests. In general, go out of their way to take care of us.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    I get a bonus since I do not need the company's health care plan, since I am covered under TRI-CARE.

    Nothing Odyssey can do. Working as a government contractor is lucrative, but dull. It's the nature of the beast.

    Company's culture is GREAT. It's the government contracting job that is slow and bureaucratic, but that is the way these jobs are.
